A man fired up to 20 shots inside a furniture store in York County on Friday morning while customers were inside, according to WGAL-8.
Police were looking for the gunman early Friday afternoon. People inside the store in Springettsbury Township were not hurt, according to WGAL-8.
A section of Industrial Highway between Memory Lane and North Hill Road was closed as of early Friday afternoon as police from multiple departments searched the area.
Police also evacuated the store and set up a perimeter outside to try to catch the shooter, but he fled, according to the York Dispatch. It’s unclear what prompted the shooting as police did not provide additional details, including a suspect description or a possible motive.
