It's owners said Wednesday they have decided to get out of the home furnishings business, but will open another business at the same location at a later date.
"We like this location, but we don't think the current business environment works best with a furniture store here," co-owner Mo Swaiki said. "So we are doing a liquidation sale. Once that is complete and our merchandise has been cleared, we will be switching to another business."
Home Furniture World has been in business for about three years.
Swaiki said he excepts to be liquidating inventory for about five months.
