Gozney has just released the pre-order to its updated wood burner attachment for its Roccobox. Known for being a table-sized, restaurant-grade pizza oven, the Roccbox is able to cook a Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds and can be set up in minutes.
The dual-fuel oven has long had a loyal gas-user following, but in recognizing the more advanced users that wish to dabble more into the wood-fired heating options, the new version does not disappoint. The detachable canister now promises to reach top temperatures faster, has 27-percent more wood capacity, more air holes for increased rolling flame, a removable ashtray, a larger door, and can handle multiple fuel types like kindling, charcoal or briquettes.
The Roccbox Wood Burner 2.0 is now up for preorder over at Gozney for £100 GBP (approximately $130 USD).
