SIGEL – One person died and another is in critical condition after an ATV crash Saturday night in Wood County.
Deputies responded around 11:45 p.m. to a single-ATV crash in the town of Sigel, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.
Officials said an ATV with two people was leaving a home on County F when it hit a culvert and ejected both onto the road.
Officials the passenger died at the scene, and the driver was taken by helicopter to a local hospital in critical condition.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is investigating the crash.
