Also, resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeat offender; two years of probation, take medications as prescribed, any counseling deemed necessary, and $443.
» Abbie L. Ryta, 18, Marshfield: party to the crime of misdemeanor entry into/onto a building/construction site/room; one year of probation, expungement upon successful completion of probation, and $21,146.15.
» John C. Gerber, 52, Wisconsin Rapids: unsafe backing of a vehicle; $393.50.
» David J. Stolarczyk, 51, of Auburndale: third-offense drunken driving; 60 days in jail with work release, 26 months driver's license revocation, 26 months ignition interlock, and $1,750.
» Joseph R. Kaser, 26, Wisconsin Rapids: marijuana possession; $894.
» Troy R. West, 18, Wisconsin Rapids: felony third-degree sexual assault; two years state prison sentence, four years extended supervision, must register as a sex offender, no contact allowed with victim or residence, no contact allowed with minors without agent's approval, no electronic devices allowed without agent's approval, any counseling deemed necessary, and $518.
